HiTune Live Non-Refundable Policy

At HiTune Live, we are committed to providing the best experience for our users. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have implemented the following non-refundable policy for all in-app purchases:

  1. No Refunds for Completed Transactions
  • Once an in-app purchase is successfully processed, and the purchased items (such as diamonds, coins, etc.) are delivered to your account, the transaction is final. No refunds will be issued except in cases where it is legally required or the transaction is unauthorized.
  1. Use of Purchased Items
  • If you have used the purchased items (such as virtual goods like diamonds or coins), you are not entitled to a refund. The consumption of virtual goods confirms your acceptance of the transaction.
  1. Duplicate or Unauthorized Transactions
  • If you believe a transaction was made in error, such as a duplicate purchase, please contact our support team within 24 hours. Unauthorized transactions should be reported immediately, and we will investigate the case.
  1. Subscription Refunds
  • If you purchase a subscription and wish to cancel it, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for partially used subscription periods will not be issued.
