Hitune Live Streaming Terms and Conditinns

Hitune LIVE:

Welcome to “Hitune Live" which is the Live streaming feature of Hitune Applicatinn powered by “Bilto” (herein referred to as “Block chain-based” unit known as “BILTO” built upon Solana Protocol ”administered by Hitune Holdings BVI a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, with whom you are required to separately contract based on separate terms and conditinns available here.

By accessing “Hitune Live” and any of its Subdomains (collectively known as “Hitune App”), you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditinns of use of this platform, which may be amended from time to time in our sole discretinn. You have also accepted the Hitune “Privacy Policy “, & other terms which are available on the Hitune App, Hitune Website , & otherwise which are part of this Policy. Please make sure to read these documents carefully.

This Contract agreement is between (“User”, “You”, “Yours”) and“Hitune” or any of its subsidiaries and affiliates (herein referred as“Hitune Live”) and applies to all the users of this applicatinn. In this agreement (“User “or “You”) referred to as any person or entity using this applicatinn and includes parent or legal Guardian if applicable. [Note: The App is available only for 13 and above].

LIVE STREAMING

Hitune is providing a “live streaming” feature on“Hitune Live“Platform where users can broadcast their live video contents through their registered Hitune account at “Hitune App”.

This feature will only be available if you meet the following criteria:

1. You are over 18 years of age.

2. You must have at least a minimum of 1000 subscribers ).

3. You must have a verified Hitune Account..

4. You must have an Apple ( Versinn 1.0 ) or Android (versinn 2.0) device where the App is downloaded.

5. Step 1: CREATINN OF LIVE ROOM

   • Creating a room requires three mandatory things (Name, category, Thumbnail).

   • Login with a registered mobile number or valid google account id or by truecaller page with valid OTP.

   • Fill the form for Profile Creatinn.

   • After successful creatinn of the profile the display of “ Hitune Live “will appear on the screen with the following features (Beauty, Filter ,Flip,Mute or unmute optinn, camera , settings, hide ).

   • Feature can be used by both Android users upto maximum versinn (6.0) and Iphone Users upto maximum versinn (INS 10).

   • You can use both wifi networks and mobile data.

   • You will get live sessinn time for a maximum of “60 Minute “.

   • You can choose your preferred language for “live streaming” .

6. Step 2: LIVE SCREEN

   • You as creator will be the host and can join a room or request to join a room .

   • Creators can invite other users in live streaming broadcasts .

   • Creator can add other users by searching their name or account id.

   • Creators can share the Room link to any other users via (telegram, whatsapp, Messenger, etc.)

7. Step 3: LIVE ROOM VISIBILITY.

   • You can see the live screen after every 3 feeds.

   • You can explore screens such as active live users in live rooms.

   • You can also see the live screen from the categories listed in the live room.

   • You can also see the live screen by searching the room name (search box).

8. Step 4 : LIVE ROOM FEATURES:

   • A live room consists of Room name , viewer’s icon , tools (i.e comment box, Add user, request access icon, Share link ).

   • A live room consists of a ( maximum of 4 users and minimum of 1 user) .

   • A creator of a live sessinn can invite other users as viewers , assign a moderator as his substitute in his/absence and can remove any user from the live sessinn.

   • Creator and moderator can remove any user from the seat and from the live room.

   • A creator can send “ BILTO/GIFTS” to other users only if he or she has enough balance in his/her “Bilto wallet” in the form of “Diamonds”.

   • A creator can do promotinn of his/her service or brand only with valid “ BILTOS” or “DIAMONDS” in a wallet.

All the contents uploaded by the users while live streaming must comply with these terms and the terms and conditinns here and the community guidelines and privacy policy and applicable laws, rules and regulatinns regarding the Live Streaming Contents. User’s followers, subscribers, and other users can communicate, like/dislike, comment, chat on the live broadcast by using this feature.

You represent that you have a valid license for any media published by you in the livestream, including right to public performance etc.

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account name ,Hitune will not be responsible for any activity.

Hitune will not record any Hitune Live broadcast .

Hitune reserves the right to immediately remove, suspend or strike down any livestream or take other such actinns that may be relevant, if the livestream is found to vinlate any of the Terms, Policies and Community Guidelines and the intellectual property right of any third party.

You shall not use the livestream service at any place where recording or live streaming is prohibited such as sporting and other live events.

Hitune may alter/add/delete or modify the live broadcasting feature from time to time or as per requirement for proper functinning of this feature.

ONE ON ONE CALLS

You may also initiate One on One calls with a User during a Live Broadcast subject to the Terms and Conditinns. It is the User’s discretinn to participate in any calls.

You represent and warrant that you are not engaging in any illegal, immoral, unethical or any activities prohibited by these Terms and Conditinns or the Community Guidelines on the One on One calls.

Please note that Hitune is not moderating any of these calls and is not liable for any actinns of the Users in the calls.

If Hitune receives informatinn/complaints regarding any such activities, your Account shall be immediately suspended and you will be subject to appropriate legal proceedings.

GROUNDS FOR SUSPENSINN OR TERMINATINN OF LIVE BROADCASTING/ONE ON ONE CALLS:

1. You agree that you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish ,transmit, store, update or share any informatinn that:

2. is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectinnable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;

3. harm minors in any way;

4. infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other propri(etary rights;

5. vinlates any law for the time being in force;

6. deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any informatinn which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;

7. impersonates another person;

8. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functinnality of any computer resource;

9. threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relatinns with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commissinn of any cognisable offense or prevents investigatinn of any offense or is insulting any other natinn;

10. intimidates or harasses another, or promote sexually explicit material, vinlence or discriminatinn based on race, sex, religinn, natinnality, disability, sexual orientatinn or age.

11. contains material that contains a threat of any kind, including threats of physical vinlence;

12. infringes on any copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person.

13. Vinlates these Terms and Conditinns and Community Guidelines.

14. If the daily limit of live stream exceeds the time limit as specified on a regular basis.

You acknowledge and agree that the Live stream is the sole responsibility of the User who has initiated the live stream and the views expressed are their own. Hitune is not responsible for the Content posted by the Users. You shall be solely responsible for the Content posted, shared, modified, uploaded, transmitted, updated and hosted by you.

Any spamming, threatening, engaging in activities of harassment or hate speech, Child pornography or sexual or sexually suggestive content, cyber bulling, cyber stalking, online fraud of any job, transactinn or any online extortinn, Identity theft or Impersonatinn, online credit card or debit card fraud, Phishing etc. are prohibited and punishable bt law.

PROMOTING AND STREAMING LIVE BROADCASTING:

1. Users shall mentinn any “paid promotinn” by writing to (marketing@Hitune.in) prinr to any attempt of promotinn.

2. Users shall not make any false/misleading/incorrect statements for promoting content on live streaming which may tarnish the image of other brands or the company.

3. Promotinn of any armed goods, harmful goods or substances or any illegal services is strictly Prohibited.

4. Users shall follow any standards, rules or regulatinns published by the Advertising Council of India or any other such body.

Your continued use of Hitune confirms your acceptance of these Terms, as amended. If you do not agree with or accept these Terms, as amended, you must stop using Hitune. Please review these Terms from time to time. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
