✅ Vidmite Platform – Withdrawal Policy

This Withdrawal Policy outlines the conditions under which users of the Vidmite Platform (by Hitune) can request payouts or transfers of their earned balance. By using the platform, you agree to comply with the rules below:

📌 1. Platform Fee

All withdrawal requests are subject to a 22% platform fee, which will be automatically deducted from the total amount in USD. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

📌 2. Active Subscription Requirement

Withdrawals are only allowed if the same subscription plan is active which was used during the earning period.

If the original plan has expired, users must renew the same plan before requesting a withdrawal.

No withdrawals will be approved without renewing the same plan used during the earning period.

📌 3. Subscription Downgrade Rules

If the user wants to downgrade their plan, the following terms apply:

  • The downgrade must be completed at least 15 days before the withdrawal request.
  • The downgraded plan must be fully paid.
  • No adjustment or balance transfer will be given for unused time or amount from the old plan.

Example: If your old plan had 10 days left, and you downgrade to a smaller plan, those 10 days will not be carried forward or refunded.

📌 4. Manual Withdrawal (One-Time Only)

In special or rare situations, the platform may process a manual withdrawal as a one-time goodwill gesture. This exception will not apply to future withdrawals. After that, all withdrawals must be made by the user through the app wallet system, following the rules mentioned here.

📌 5. Bank Details Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for entering their correct and complete bank information.

  • The platform will not be held responsible for any failed transactions
  • Loss of funds
  • Transfer delays caused by incorrect bank details

All such consequences will be the user's sole responsibility.

📌 6. Auto-Rejection of Invalid Requests

  • The subscription is not active
  • The user has downgraded and doesn't meet the downgrade rules above

📌 7. Minimum Withdrawal Threshold

Users can request withdrawal only if their wallet balance is equal to or above the minimum limit set by the platform. This threshold may vary based on country, plan, or payment method.

📌 8. Processing Time

Once approved, withdrawal requests will be processed within 2 to 5 business days, depending on:

  • The selected payment method
  • The user’s country or bank

📌 9. Fraud & Suspicious Activity

If any withdrawal request is found to be:

  • Fraudulent
  • Abusive
  • Violating platform terms

Then it will be frozen immediately for investigation. The platform reserves the full right to deny such requests permanently.
