Easy Fluffy Pancakes recipe

My best cut-out soft sugar cookies are these ones! I know you'll adore them too, because they have dense centers, sharp edges, and plenty of decorating icing space.

Ingredients

¾ 

cup milk

2

tablespoons white vinegar

1

cup all-purpose flour

2

tablespoons white sugar

teaspoon baking powder

½ 

teaspoon baking soda

1

Teaspoon vanilla extract

½ 

teaspoon salt

egg

tablespoons butter, melted

Guidelines 

  • Step 1
    To make sour milk, combine milk and vinegar in a medium basin; let stand for 5 minutes. 

  • Step 2
    In a large mixing basin, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter and egg into the soured milk. After adding the flour mixture to the milk mixture, whisk to remove any lumps.

  • Step 2
    Grease a big skillet with cooking spray and heat it over medium heat. Spoon 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet; cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until bubbles appear and the edges are dry. Using a spatula, turn, and continue cooking until the other side is browned. Proceed with the leftover batter.
