Fish Kabiraji Ingredients
১ কেজি ভেটকি মাছের / 1 kg bhetki fish
৩ টি পেঁয়াজ / 3 ea onion
৭-৮ টি কাঁচা লঙ্কা / 7-8 ea Green Chili
ধনেপাতা ও পুদিনা পাতা / Coriander Leaves & Mint Leaves
১৫-২০ গ্রাম আদা / 15-20g ginger
২ টি রসুন / 2 ea Garlic
লেবুর রস / Lemon Juice
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
কালো নুন / Black Salt
১ চা চামচ গরম মশলা / 1 Tsp Garam Masala
১ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
২ টি ডিম / 2 Ea Egg
২ চা চামচ ময়দা / 2 tsp Flour
২ চা চামচ কর্নফ্লাওয়ার / 2 tsp cornflour
ডিম, নুন ও গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / Egg, Salt & Pepper Powder
