150 gms Palak Leaves
1 pinch Salt
¼ tsp Baking Soda
⅛ tsp Sugar
2 cups Wheat flour
1 pinch Salt
3 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Garlic choppings
1 tsp Ginger gratings
¼ cup finely chopped Onions
2 Green Chili choppings
Salt to taste
1 tsp Chili Powder
¼ tsp Garam masala
Coriander choppings
1 Boiled Aloo gratings
½ Lemon juice
Serve Hot or Warm with Raita or Chutney

ধনেপাতা ও পুদিনা পাতা / Coriander Leaves & Mint Leaves
১৫-২০ গ্রাম আদা / 15-20g ginger
২ টি রসুন / 2 ea Garlic
লেবুর রস / Lemon Juice
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
কালো নুন / Black Salt
১ চা চামচ গরম মশলা / 1 Tsp Garam Masala
